I love beach. Every time I walks down to the nearest beach from my house,(it only takes me a few minutes) I feel so lucky to be able to stay here in Sydney with my sweet fiance.
Hello, everyone♡ At first I was only going to write about something related to Yoga in this blog BUT I changed my mind. I want to share my thoughts, experiences and something I love as well:)
To be honest with you all, that writing a blog in another language is quite hard (I mean, writing and keeping it up with decent posting pace even in first language is ALREADY something hard for me… ) but, I want to change myself.
I’ve been avoiding to face it but this is something I should be pushing myself to do and I know It’s going to help my English as well. So I hope you enjoy reading my personal things as well as Yoga related things:)

So the new episode I’m working on right now is focusing on your “core” and “balance”.
Both of them are very important both in Yoga and in our lives;) Without the nice, flexible yet firm core, you could be wobbly and uncertain. And we need good core to keep good balance.
As you can see in the photo, this time I took a video right in front of the beautiful ocean:) I can’t wait to share it♡
